This is Dr. Joby here. Yes, I'm getting ready for the lecture. I'm doing... I just came back
from the hair salon. Yes, they said to keep the curlers in a little bit longer. I want to look
Good for the lecture.
Did you see?
I'm doing a lecture on fiber.
Yes.
There's going to be a lecture on fiber.
Yes.
Dr. Joby is the number one speaker there.
Ivan.
Oh, yeah.
What?
You're having a fiber problem?
What, you can't go to the bathroom?
I'm studying what I ate the other day.
I have a specimen right here on my microscope, and I'm looking for bacteria.
Yes, I think I can see some.
You know, poo is very interesting.
Isn't that where all their problems come from?
It comes from our poo.
I can't wait to do this fiber lecture.
Yes, I'm going to tell everybody that fiber is why they're sick.
Oh, no, no, no, no.
The lack of fiber is why they're sick.
Yes, everybody's eating processed foods.
Uh-huh.
Well, I eat processed foods the other day, and this is what was produced right here.
Yeah.
Well, I went to the restaurant, you know, the fast food takeout place.
Yes, they gave me a chicken sandwich.
This is what happened to the chicken sandwich.
I've been studying it.
Chicken doesn't have a lot of fiber.
Yes, I know. I'm so smart.
And Dr. Joby's very smart.
Yes, prestigious doctor. I'm a board member.
I sit on the medical board. I'm noticing this chicken feces is missing some of the bacteria.
But then I found more bacteria in this section of the chicken feces, so I don't know what to say.
My studies are inconclusive. Isn't that what we all say? Studies are, oh look a carrot. Oh I forgot
to tell you. After I ate the carrot yesterday, I studied what my poo was and yours was. It was
right here. Notice the color of the poo? After I ate the carrot, look. See? Oh yeah. See, we're on a
Zoom teleconference right now. Oh yeah, there you are. Hi. Hi. Yes. You see, after I had the carrot
yesterday for lunch, what was produced was the stool. You see the color in the stool? I'm just
fascinated by this. Yes, fiber means everything. Oh yes, is fiber why everybody's sick? I think so.
It's fiber. Everybody's missing fiber. See, what happened was I ate a burger, a bacon double
cheeseburger with extra bacon I asked for. This is what was produced. And when I looked under this
microscope, what's my lecture going to be about? I'm bringing all my specimens to the lecture
and I'm going to bring it on stage.
TED Talks?
Well, no, that's next week.
I'm going to do a TED Talk just on feces and fiber.
Yeah, they'll listen to any old BS there.
Okay, yeah.
Absolutely.
Anybody can go in there and talk about anything.
The last person on there was talking about telomeres
and how to live longer.
Yeah, it was a telomere talk.
It was all about DNA.
I have a feeling when I do my talk on fiber, it's going to be in all the magazines and on all the, huh?
Yeah, I think we can do a fiber documentary.
Dr. Joby here, ahead of the fiber documentary here.
I'm going to have a hundred people poo.
I'm going to have a hundred people poo in a toilet that has no water.
So we don't flush it out to the sewer.
We collect the specimens.
I'll hire a bunch of doctors.
Yes, we'll get a grant.
We'll get a bunch of doctors to collect the specimens in 100 toilets.
We'll feed the patients, the individuals, lots of different things.
Yes, we'll collect all of the specimens.
We might get thousands of species of stools and things.
Yeah, what do we do with the waste?
I don't know. I was thinking about eating them.
Here's a tasty morsel right here.
I find that when I bite into this one because I had walnuts.
This was my breakfast of walnuts yesterday.
And I bit into it. Yeah.
And it kind of tastes kind of nutty.
Oh, we're going to preserve all that poo.
Juicing? Juicing? No, no.
No juicing.
You waste all that fiber.
Juicing.
Juicing, people.
Mm-hmm.
I'm going to write a bad article about juicing, and you know what?
The media will pick it up because I'm Dr. Joby, and I'm board certified.
We're going to talk bad about juicing.
Yes.
Okay, I'm going to go because I have to get ready and get the curlers out of my hair for the lecture,
and I have to get these specimens packed up.
The specimens have to be brought.
I'm going to bring them in a plastic bag.
Mm-hmm.
Yes, and then, but I place them on a plate.
I brought the nurse.
She's going to come. She's there now setting up my stage
and she's asking me where all the poo is.
We're running late.
I have to get my curlers out.
Okay. Okay.
Bye. Bye.
We're back.
Sorry about that, you guys.
Sorry, buddy.
We're back.
We're talking about fiber, the fiber farce.
And we're really going to cover a lot of good stuff with it, too,
because there's good information about fiber you need to know.
And that is you're going to get fiber no matter what.
You're going to get fiber.
You're going to eat fiber every day.
Everybody on here right now is having fiber.
Absolutely.
Without a doubt.
Because you're not void of fiber.
You're not missing fiber.
Fiber is in your diet every single day,
but it's not why you're sick.
if you're somebody that's sick in bed and you're suffering and you're struggling you got severe
depression severe anxiety you got fatigue you got skin conditions you got acne you got all kinds of
conditions and problems you got lupus or ra or hashimos or neurological lyme and i came along
and said you just need more fiber in your diet and you'll be fixed it would be lying to the person
Listen, anytime anyone starts getting sick, the first line of defense by the medical industry is where's your fiber?
Are you eating your fiber?
How much fiber are you getting?
Rosa, if you keep getting kicked off, go to Telegram.
We're live on Telegram right now.
We're live on TikTok too.
And it's the same thing with water.
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you eating enough fiber?
That's the go-to's right there.
And people who are sick, they end up just going downhill after all the guessing games.
They bring in their water.
They bring in their fiber.
Katie says on Instagram, ha ha ha ha.
Yeah, I was told fiber was my problem.
Laugh out loud.
It did nothing.
It did nothing.
I completely understand.
But guess what?
The fiber freaks are still out there.
The fiber fear mongers are still out there.
The fiber cult is still out there and they're out there to make sure you don't heal.
I know it's a bold statement, but it's true.
What happens is that we don't heal because we get in fear about certain things.
We become fearful about certain things.
We become scared.
You can't juice because you're going to lose all your nutrients.
You're going to lose all your fiber.
You can't juice.
you're losing all your fiber if you juice
that's what you get told
and it's misinformation
one of the most powerful tools
of recovery is juicing
and if it's not the MM900
and if you got some other juicer you use it
if you have a $10 juicer with a crank
with a hand crank you use it
and I'll be right there with you
patting you on the back and be like good job
squeeze any juice you can get out of your food because it's your supplement it's your powerful
supplement juicing i've had people tell me you don't need any supplements at all
any supplements at all you get everything from your food i'll be like whoa thank god you actually
juice and they're like juicing i don't juice i just eat all fruits healthy fruits and vegetables
and lean proteins and good fish.
That's wild fish.
I don't juice.
And I'd be like, you just said,
you just said you're doing great.
And they're like, what happens is
people don't realize it.
But juicing is a supplement.
It's a powerful supplement.
It's the medicine.
Food be thy medicine.
Let food be thy...
Oh my God, if you see that one more time out there.
If you see one more brand new functional MD that just came off the press who decided to wake up one morning and say, I'm getting interested in all this natural health.
I went to medical school and we weren't taught any of that.
And now I have some problems.
So I'm interested now.
I'm interested in health.
Oh, the food by the be thy medicine.
Oh, profound.
How many times you guys see that?
How many times do you guys see that?
Here's a
You get stamped out of naturopathic doctor's school
Let food be thy medicine
You come out of regular medical school
You go looking around
Let food be thy medicine
I found the answer
No processed foods
No processed foods
I found it
I found it
No fast foods
No donuts
No more donuts and we can get better
Let food be thy medicine
Food can only be your medicine so far unless you use it wisely.
The saying should be, food may be your medicine if you use it smart and wisely.
If you don't, food ain't your medicine.
It really should change, really.
Let food be thy medicine.
Sure.
Okay.
So a lot of people bedridden on Mattress Island that are treating food like their medicine.
They're doing their coconut oil.
They're doing their whatever.
They're trying to eat their salad.
They're trying to eat something good.
They're eating this.
They're doing some kind of fruit and a pill.
You know what I mean?
Fruit and a...
They're doing things.
They're trying to use food as their medicine, right?
But they're still in bed and they're still sick.
Let food be thy medicine.
Unless you're not using it as medicine and that's the problem out there.
And they just, they stamp them out every day.
Let it be another lecture and another YouTube talk somewhere.
And let it be titled, food as thy medicine.
You just see it everywhere.
Food as thy medicine.
How stupid.
Stupid.
And every single new functional medicine doctor that comes out of the running gate,
like, I'm interested in health now.
Oh my God, let me start looking up here.
Ooh, look at all these articles.
Look at all these studies.
Had food be thy medicine.
Oh, I found it.
I found the Holy Grail.
But don't juice.
Don't juice.
Tell that medical medium, no juicing.
Because if you juice, you lost the fiber.
And if you lose the fiber, you're not using food as medicine.
Oh, really?
Really?
we need tools to use and make food as medicine we have to have tools you can be really sick
and and really suffering and you can eat healthy vegan healthy plant-based healthy animal protein
you guys healthy keto, healthy paleo, healthy whatever you want, healthy carnivore, healthy
vegetarian, healthy pescatarian. You can go that route and you can still be sick as a dog because
guess what? You ain't using food as medicine. No, you ain't. I remember not saying that.
You really aren't here to make friends, are you?
I always told you guys, life is short.
And we're all going to be at the end of the rope.
Years down the road.
We're at our last tether and we're 95 years old.
92 or whatever, 105, whatever you want to be and do, right?
Wherever you go with your health and you go with your body.
And when you go, when you're there, it's going to happen fast.
Because life goes by quick.
And when I'm there in the final hours, I want to say, was I just trying to please the friend?
Was I just trying to make friends and not trying to step on toes?
Or did I have the chronically ill?
Did I have them in my mind?
Did they have them?
Did I have them in my hearts?
Did I care?
And did I care and have their back?
And the minute that answer comes through from spirit of compassion, yes, you did.
I mean, like, okay, I could die now.
I could die now.
It wasn't about me and having friends and who's who and everybody else.
Fiber, by the way, is a skeleton.
Fiber is so the broccoli can stand up straight and rise above the weeds.
fiber in weeds tries to stand up straight to rise above the broccoli and there's a war
fiber is the plant armor to battle the war in the field in the garden in the field on the farmland
fiber is there to take the plant up out of the ground it's to get the plant seen by the
sun and the rain and the wind because the wind carries nutrients it carries pollen it carries
all kinds of things it carries the bees the point is is fiber is to get the skeleton of the plant
to grow so that it grows upward and that's what fiber is for but there's no nutrients in fiber
Fiber is the skeleton, just like our bones, but it's different with plants.
Plants aren't human beings, right?
But you got to see it like our bones.
Our bones erect us so we're straight and we're standing here.
That's what it is.
And that's part of it.
Fiber is, we got to see the plant skeleton.
So fiber is the plant skeleton.
so it grows up. The fiber in celery
is so the celery
goes up high and the leaves
from the celery go up
high and it goes above the weeds
and reaches the sun.
What happens is that's our skeleton
too to keep us together, to keep us
upright, to keep us standing.
That's what that is.
But the nutrients
aren't in the fiber, you guys.
They're in the juice.
they're in the juice and the pulp they're in the pectin they're in the juice that's where the big
big big nutrients are they're in the juice that's right and there's juice in the wild blueberry skin
that you can juice there's juice in the cranberry skin that you can squeeze out there's juice in the
pomegranate seed. There's phytochemical compounds in the juice form that are inside of these things.
And those phytochemical compounds, you guys, guess what? Carry antivirals, antibacterials,
anthocyanins, resveratrol, right? They carry all those antioxidants, vitamin C, antioxidant.
They carry all those nutrients and phytochemical compounds. It's not the fiber that carries it.
the fiber gets discarded for a reason. It gets discarded for a reason. And everybody has plenty
of fiber in their diet unless you're just eating straight donuts and only donuts. And it's
processed donuts, processed white flour donuts. If you're eating processed white flour donuts
and that's all you're eating, you guys on Telegram, if that's all you're eating,
I don't think any of you guys are eating donuts. Are you guys just eating donuts?
Are you guys just eating white flour processed bagels? What are you guys eating?
right? Haha, donut diet? Knowledge goddesses, a donut diet. I know you're not on a donut diet,
but is anybody on a donut diet? Because that's when you get no fiber at all and get this,
get this though. Hear me out. If you're on a donut diet, right? I left my donut prop somewhere.
If you're on a donut diet or a bread diet or a white processed flour diet and you don't have
any problems with your health, you will go to bathroom just fine. You will go to bathroom every
single day. That donut will move through you. If you're on just a meat diet, which there's no fiber
in meat, if you're on a meat diet and you have no problems with your intestinal tract, it will move
right through you. Really important to know, it'll move right through you. If you're on bread
and butter and white processed bread and butter only, it will move through you and you'll poo
and it'll come out of you. You won't need fiber. Did you know that? Do you know there's people out
there that don't have an intestinal problem? They don't have a condition. They don't have something
wrong and it doesn't matter what they eat. It'll come out and they'll just be fine. I'm going to
go to bathroom. I'm going to go poo now. Oh, that was all good. I ate a loaf of bread yesterday. It
came out just fine. They're not even thinking about it. They don't think about something until
they have a problem and it's not fiber. It has nothing to do with fiber. Yes, if you can't go
to bathroom because you have a problem, you better believe you can use fiber as a tool to help.
Yes, you can use fiber as a tool to help you go to bathroom, but that just means you have a problem.
that's how it works what kind of problem do you have a person with celiac Crohn's colitis gastric
spasms SIBO right intestinal cramping peristalt gastroparesis what kind of problem do you have
if you have to eat fiber and we're going to talk about coffee too because that was a really good
point that came up in the last live. If you have to eat fiber, right? That means something's wrong
inside of you. Something's wrong. The intestinal tract works on peristaltic action, you guys.
peristaltic action. That's how the intestinal tract works. Okay. Your brain sends messages
via your vagus nerves, two nerves stemming out of your brainstem that go down to your gut.
those vagus nerves
tell your intestinal tract
to twist
and contort
doesn't matter what's in you
it could be a loaf of bread
a bag of donuts
it's the peristaltic action
that makes you go to bathroom
and that's why when someone doesn't have a health problem
with their intestinal tract
they can poo out a loaf of bread no problem
and poo out meat and bread
they could have meat and bread and butter every day
and poo it out
but what happens is when something goes wrong with the brain and the messages get crossed and
they don't reach the intestinal tract properly and then you end up with gastroparesis because
you have a neurological problem or that's one way it could go wrong and you don't have peristalt
or you got inflammation in your intestinal tract and your colon if you have inflammation in your
intestinal tract and colon, something is wrong. Something is wrong. And then we get in trouble.
But fiber is not why we're sick. It's not why we have a problem. It's not why there's an issue.
Really important to know. You guys, I just want to tell you why you guys are on.
The MM900, the sale is going to eventually end, but it's still on. $90 off. You'll see it in the
checkout, just letting you know, at omegageucers.com, so you'll see it in the checkout, all right?
So just so you know, and at omegageucers.com, the MM900HDS, the link is in a profile.
It's an incredible deal. I don't even know if they're ever going to have a deal like that on
this again. Reset Yourself says, so no fiber? That's not it at all. Plenty of fiber. You get
it every day. What are you eating? You have plenty of fiber, but it's not the reason why someone is
sick. It's not the reason why someone's struggling. It's not why they have any kind of condition. It
has nothing to do with the fiber. So important to know. So important to know. Fiber doesn't get
somebody out of bed and heal their chronic fatigue syndrome, you guys. Juicing is a powerful
supplemental addition. You can use it as medicine. You can use your juicer as thy medicine.
That's what you can do. You can use your juicer to make your food into medicine. It's an herbal
extractor. What do you think the herbal companies do? They make tinctures by having herbs extracted
so it's your medicine.
Think about that.
Whoever, do you guys know,
you guys go to your functional doctors,
go to different doctors
and they give you a liquid.
Maybe they give you an herb
and it's a liquid, right?
Have you ever taken a liquid tincture at all
throughout your journey?
Have you ever taken any kind of,
you know, any kind of liquid, tonic?
What it is, it's the extraction process
of that herb.
What you're doing with a juicer is you're extracting the nutrients out of that medicinal food.
But you're really extracting what you need from it.
That's what's really awesome.
What you're doing is you're extracting the phytochemical compounds.
It's what you're doing.
So they easily digest.
Easily digest.
When you send juice down, it assimilates fast.
It bypasses digestive problems.
It gets to your brain.
That's medicine.
You're taking your medicine.
You're bypassing your problems.
So you can take it to places to fix your problems.
That's how it works.
You bypass problem weakened digestion areas.
When you're doing your juices, you guys, you're bypassing injuries that have happened from toxic heavy metals and pathogens and bacteria and mold and yeast and fungus.
You're bypassing that.
And you can't do that with just food.
You can't eat just a cabbage and do that.
But if you run some cabbage through your juicer, you bypass so much trouble that you get the nutrients to places you can't get them to.
And that's how you start recovering.
Juicing is everything in the sense where as a form of a tool, a supplement to bring into all the good things you're doing.
It's the addition.
It's the addition to bring into the life.
So important.
what happens is when you juice something, right? Like asparagus or broccoli, when you juice
something like the asparagus right here, you're taking the phytochemical compounds, the anti
cancerous compounds, antiviral compounds, antibacterial compounds. You're taking the
anthocyanins. You're taking the trace mineral salts. You're taking everything. You're taking
it out of here and you're making it quick and easy to get to the body, all the places in the body.
And that's the power. So when you're told don't juice because you're losing the fiber,
it's almost insanity really, because you're always going to be getting fiber. You eat every day and
you're eating still good. You're having your salads, you get lots of fiber. You're having
your salads, you're having your steamed vegetables, you're getting lots of fiber, right? You're having
your steamed vegetables. You're eating your leafy greens. You got your lettuces, right? Your green
leaf lettuce. You got your butter leaf lettuce. You're having your leafy greens. You're getting
your fiber. It's not that you're not getting it. You're getting it. That's what you're doing.
And it's with everything you eat. If you eat any pieces of onion, you're getting your fiber.
It's all there. You have a cucumber and you're getting your fiber right there.
But if you want to take it to another level and you want to extract something from these foods, your medicinal foods, let food be thy medicine.
If you want to extract that medicine and take your health to another level, that's why it's so critical.
Right there, you guys.
That's why.
So important.
The MM900 HTS is still on sale, but it won't be on sale much longer.
Hopefully it's still on sale for a couple more days or a few more days.
It's $90 off.
Go to megajuicers.com.
You see the savings in the checkout.
And we're going to show you how to save money, which will eventually make you money.
Because when you're saving money and you're saving $50 more and then another $50 more, you just made $50.
When you're buying less produce, you just made yourself another $20 to buy something else.
That's what's incredible.
and everybody's always asking me what juicer what do I do whatever I think and this is the one I
use and it's also the one I endorsed I endorsed this machine because it's a medicine maker
so I'm working with Omega because of what they did and it's mind-blowing the MM900 paid for
itself for me I just saw you on that incredible amazing link is in the bio about the juicer so
let's juice a little bit and we'll talk about what it does. When you're juicing, you're correcting
years of mistakes. That's what you're doing. When you're juicing, you're correcting years of mistakes.
Got to keep that in mind. It's not enough for a lot of people to heal to just eat good food,
like a healthy vegetarian diet or a healthy animal protein diet or a healthy keto diet or a healthy paleo or a healthy plant-based diet,
like considered healthy, it's not enough to reverse what was done.
So I like jumping ahead.
I like taking people and jumping them ahead and be like, you know what?
Fast track it, man.
You've got to fast track it.
because you got a lot in you
and you did a lot throughout the years
and it's not your fault.
No one's shaming anybody.
No one's shaming anybody.
I bet you some of you guys
had something like this last summer, right?
With some friends and you visited somewhere
or went on a beach somewhere
and you had some of this.
It's like, oh yeah, okay, I'll eat that.
It's like, I'm not shaming anybody.
It's just, we got a fast track
and it's important.
Takes a lot to clean that out of the body right there.
It takes a lot. If you did this throughout your life, you got to fast track it.
There's a way to jump ahead and keep that in mind. Right? Healthful Cliz says, some years ago.
So it's important to know when you're juicing that you're using an herbal extractor is what
you're doing. So you're extracting herbal medicine. This is an herbal extractor is what it is.
and very important to know, I got some celery juice already in here, right? So I'll run a
little celery through here. I think I got everything. Even if you juice once a week,
even if you're juicing once a week,
it's amazing.
It's amazing.
Now, if you're somebody that's been down and out,
maybe even bedridden at one point in your life,
maybe struggling, anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog,
You can still heal without celery juice.
It's a lot of medical medium tools.
You can still do things, but it's critical to take advantage of every angle because you
might need that celery juice.
There's different levels of healing.
And you can go as far as you want to go.
I like juicing because it reverses mistakes that have happened along the way from bad ideas in the health realm.
A lot of people swallowed a lot of charcoal and did damage to their intestinal linings.
Juicing is critical to bring the intestinal linings back.
A lot of people drank a lot of vinegar and sucked down a lot of apple cider vinegar thinking it was going to be good for them
and they damage their intestinal lines.
I like forging ahead and repairing
and bringing somebody back
from a lot of mistakes made.
And it doesn't mean the mistakes
were on purpose or anything.
People just do things and don't know.
Day of Heal says,
I like the idea of reversing mistakes.
I used to take charcoal daily, Trisha Marie said.
Charcoal clogs up the cells and pores of the intestinal tract lining,
making somebody severely deficient so they get sicker down the road.
But you can reverse that.
Exactly.
If you did years of charcoal, we can shift it.
We can shift gears and reverse that damage.
That's what's amazing.
So I want to show you guys a few guys just got on here.
It's the MM900HDS.
guys on TikTok and Telegram. That's the pulp. And it's damp at best. It's it right there.
Right here. That's a dry container. This isn't a magic trick. Someone said he does magic. I'm like,
I do? Like what? I juice in front of everybody. That's magic. I guess so. Because guess what?
It's dry. And that's what's incredible about it, right? That's the pulp right there.
and it's dry.
And there's a reason for that.
That gets discarded.
If you eat a celery stick, which is fine.
Celery stick eating is fine.
You can definitely do that.
But the fiber just gets eliminated.
It just gets removed out of the body.
And you can still eat celery.
I eat celery every day.
I chop it up and throw it in my salads.
I get plenty of fiber in my diet.
But it's not what keeps the person healthy.
It's what's inside of that plant.
That's what keeps the person healthy.
The link is in the bio on the MM900HDS.
With food shortage issue things and all kinds of stuff like that.
By the way, on Amazon Live, you guys,
on Amazon Live on Saturday,
I'm doing an emergency, okay?
Food shortage tips and ideas on Amazon Live.
The link is in the bio.
and it's going to be mind-blowing because I'm even going to make a recipe
out of food emergency stables. And I'm going to show you what I have in my pantry
that I have sitting in there in case of a food problem or food emergency or some kind of emergency
or, you know, power goes out for some reason, you know, they cut the grid, anything like that.
So I have, um, I have a little bit, I, you always got to keep a little something and on Amazon live,
at the Medical Medium Cooking Show,
I'm going to show you guys.
Tell everybody.
Make sure you tell everybody.
Sign up to my newsletter so you know.
Tell everybody to sign up to the newsletter,
medicalmedium.com,
and sign up to the newsletter.
And the link's in the bio.
So you can learn about that
because you don't want to miss
this food shortage Amazon Live show
I'm doing on Saturday at 1 o'clock,
1 o'clock p.m. Eastern Time,
10 o'clock Pacific.
You don't want to miss it.
So what happens with the MM900 is you save money.
It squeezes the juice out more so than other juicers.
And then it adds up.
So you buy less celery.
You buy less cabbage.
You want to juice cabbage.
You buy less tomatoes if you want to juice tomatoes.
You buy less asparagus if you want to juice asparagus.
You buy less celery if you want to juice celery.
And because that's dry.
That's not wet and sloppy.
It's dry.
And there it goes.

You can always go to Telegram.
So that's what's incredible.
May.
Hey, May.

Do you have this newsletter?
Did you actually sign up finally?
Because what happened was there was a glitch and nobody could sign up to the newsletter for like a year.
okay so you guys reading comments about the food shortage stuff
food shortage stuff it's not it's what it is it's about having some things some staples
when there's different occurrences that could happen with food worries or food concerns so
I always keep some of the pantry and that's important to know. And so what I do is I keep
a little bit of a stock of stuff. I'm going to show you what I keep in stock. And it's really
good to have a few things in stock. You don't have to do a ton of things, but I always keep a few
things in stock. So I'm going to show you what I keep in stock. I'm going to do it on Amazon live,
the medical medium cooking show. I hope you see it. I'm going to make a recipe out of that
food. So it's going to be really cool. That's going to be really cool. So when it comes down
to juicing, you've got to strain it. Keep in mind you've got to strain it. Very important to do that.
Celery juice needs to be strained. You want it to work. Really incredible. You want to make an
herbal extraction. Don't add anything to your celery juice. I've got to say it over and over
again. I just do. Don't add ice. Don't add water. Don't add lemon. Whatever you do, don't add those.
Do not consume HPP celery juice, which is high pressure pasteurization in the store.
That's the bottled celery juice.
You don't want HPP.
Okay.
It's the celery juice right there.
You want to strain it.
That's the pure celery juice.
There's no water added.
There's no anything added.
No, nothing.
No apple added.
You can always make different juices.
You can make like a green juice with the machine.
this juices greens like nobody does. I mean, it's incredible what it does for greens.
And you can juice anything you want, but celery juice, you have to do it by yourself if you want
it to really work. Yeah, they turned off, Sandra, they turned off your sound. You can't hear me say
that. Go to TikTok or go to Telegram. Okay. So when it comes down to fiber, you guys,
try not to get thrown into the fiber farce.
Get sucked into that train,
into that train of misinformation.
You're going to get fiber.
You're going to eat your salads.
You're going to eat your fruit.
So let's talk about why coffee makes people go to the bathroom.
How many people have heard of that?
Coffee kind of makes people go to the bathroom,
keeps them regular every morning.
Have you guys heard of that with coffee?
Right?
Just wondering.
On TikTok, you guys heard of that?
Coffee making people go to the bathroom.
You guys on Telegram, right?
Okay.
The reason why coffee makes a lot of people go to bathroom or keeps them regular
is because it's stimulating the adrenals.
It puts the adrenals in fight or flight.
It tells your adrenals you're going to die or you've got to run.
You're going to get killed or you've got to run for your life.
That's what coffee does.
It just does.
It tells your adrenals you're either going to be hurt or injured or you better run and run.
When you scare a deer in a field or in the woods, it evacuates all of its poop.
All the deer poop comes out of its behind as it's running.
Just so you know.
It leaves all its poop, it evacuates.
It pees, it urinates when you scare a deer.
when you scare a coyote
it evacuates
when you scare a bear
right
it evacuates
because it goes into fight or flight
and if it's going to fight you
if a bear is going to turn around and actually fight you
it's going to eliminate all of its feces
because the adrenals are going to get told
there's a threat
and it's going to be eliminating all of its feces
okay so when you drink yeah when you drink coffee it's a psychoactive drug that hits the adrenals
really hard it's a poison on the adrenals so it's telling your adrenals there's a fight or flight
it's giving you an adrenal boost you get the epinephrine's kicking in and then you get that
feeling like whoa i gotta go to bathroom whoa finally i just had my cup of coffee now now i'm
gonna go into the bathroom and sit on the toilet for a while and finally i'm gonna move
that's how it works
heal with Anya says
oh my god that's such an amazing priceless info
yep
because coffee's a poison
and so the body says
whoa whoa we have a problem
and so the adrenals are flooding
like whoa it stimulates the adrenals
like there's a problem
and then you have to go to the bathroom
and that's why coffee
makes us move our bowels
for a lot of people
that's why it helps to make them move their bowels
because it's telling you you're going to die
or you got to run away.
That's what coffee does.
When you drink coffee,
it's telling your adrenals,
I'm in trouble.
Your brain's not thinking you're in trouble.
So your brain's not thinking you're in trouble.
Your brain's not really thinking that so much.
But your adrenals get told that you are in trouble.
So you go into fight or flight
and you get the peristaltic action
and that's what happens with animals.
You scare them,
And they evacuate.
It's fight or flight.
That's what happens.
Is that the same with some foods then?
What happens is that coffee is not a food.
It's a liquid.
And it's caffeine in there.
And that caffeine is a poison.
What happens is if you eat food,
eating food can trigger natural peristaltic action.
So eating food might actually be
You might be the person that goes to the bathroom after eating food
You got a healthier peristaltic action going on
Somebody else might have problems inside their intestinal tract and colon
And they got unhealthy peristaltic action going
And because of that, you can eat all you want
And it doesn't mean they're going to go to the bathroom
Very important, no
In fact, they just get more bloated
And more bloated
Bacteria
poisons, viruses, all these things can get clogged up inside the intestinal tract,
get it to get inflamed, E. coli, streptococcus, and then it gets inflamed over time.
And when it gets inflamed, when it gets inflamed, okay, you're going to need some fiber
because you're using now fiber as a tool to try to move the feces through you.
Someone else that's not inflamed can eat donuts and bagels made out of white processed bread, bread and butter, and meat alone.
And they can go to bathroom no problem because they're not inflamed yet.
But if they ever get a pathogen inside their intestinal tract that starts to eat away and cause inflammation,
their white bread is not going to get them to go to bathroom anymore.
Then they're going to be like, oh, fiber's everything. It'll fix everything.
So now they're doing fiber supplements and fiber drinks.
Now they're trying to eat some more fruits and vegetables,
but they have an actual physical problem happening in there.
Okay?
But fiber won't fix it.
It's a tool to help remedy a problem that somebody has in their intestinal tract.
But it's not there to fix the problem.
You know?
Exactly.
Janelle had a nice message.
your thanks. I appreciate it. Caffeine masks the real problem in people too. If they have an
intestinal tract disorder and they can't go to bathroom unless they have coffee, caffeine's
masking it. The fight or flight is masking the real problem. Important to know. People with
gastroparesis have a problem in their brain. That messaging that's happening inside their brain,
going out of their brain stem
through their vagus nerves
and heading down to the intestinal tract
is giving a signal
that's not working.
The peristaltic action is not receiving the signal right.
So then they have gastroparesis
through neurological condition.
Very important to know.

Tiffany said, I saw this video the other day that said coffee doesn't actually give you energy.
Yep.
That's medical medium information.
Poached.
And no citing back to medical medium.
A lot of that's happened for 35 years.
But the medical medium information has gotten more people better around the planet than anything else out there.
in chronic illness.
And celery juice is one tool.
Juicing is one tool.
It's a critical one.
I have new information all the time.
And then two weeks later,
two weeks later,
it's poached, taken.
The vegan community likes to take
medical medium information a lot.
And then they'll tell people,
don't listen to medical medium.
Don't listen to that guy.
And then they steal the information.
You'll hear it now all the time
in the vegan community
that when an animal's in fight or flight,
it evacuates.
You'll hear that now
in the vegan community.
They usually take
the medical medium information
and try to like,
and try to then all of a sudden
sabotage medical medium
at the same time.
And I'm pro-vegan,
pro-plant-based,
pro-whatever animal protein,
pro-if you want to eat fish,
I still stand behind you.
I just want you to do it right
so you can heal
and then learn how to cleanse
in between
so you can do some healing.
Anyway, you guys,
this has been fun.
